What is included in a Membership?
With a Joe Frank Membership, you can listen to Joe's shows streaming online at your desk, or on the go with your smart device. We just
announced our brand new player - see full details on the News Page.
(The shows are available for download only through the Shop - not through the Membership.) With a Premium Membership, you gain access to
every show, short film and miscellaneous other Joe Frank material. With a Series Membership, you will have access only to the shows
produced for that specific Series.
What is the term of a Membership?
The date you sign up is when your subscription cycle begins. So, for a Monthly Membership, your subscription renews one month
from when you signed up. A Quarterly Membership renews three months later, the Annual Membership
renews one year from sign-up.
Memberships will automatically renew - so your PayPal account will be charged at the end of your subscription cycle.
However, you can cancel at any time and retain access for the duraction of the subscription cycle, and not be charged on your
the renewal date.
So, if you want to sign up just for a month, subscribe to a Monthly Membership and cancel the same day. Your
subscription will simply end and you will not be charged for the following month's access.
Your Member Page shows your subscription information - when you signed up, the duration and a link to "cancel."
That link will automatically take you to your PayPal account. After you sign in, you'll see the subscription
transaction where you can conveniently cancel. You'll still have access to the streams until the term of your Membership ends.
How do I access the shows?
Be sure to have the current Adobe Flash player installed. This does not apply to Apple devices as they will not need it to play the shows.
Once you log in, you will see your Member Page with your account information.
Under the heading "Your Subscriptions" is a link to your specific Membership, click on that link to access the streams.
When you find the show you wish to listen to, click on the title. That will load the show in your Play List. When the show is fully loaded,
a new graphic will appear: "Click to Play." Go ahead, click that, and enjoy listening! If you prefer to listen using the standalone player instead of the embedded
player, click on the "Player" link next to the show title in your Play List.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes! Go to your Member Page, look for your subscription cycle on the table, and click on the "Cancel" link. That
will take you to your PayPal account (you must log in) and directly to the subscription option to cancel. That's it. Please do not ask us
to cancel for you - we cannot guarantee that it will be canceled!
Where do I get technical help if I need it?
Send an email to support[at]joefrank.com with details regarding the issue you are encountering along with information about the platform and device
you are using. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of Service for using the web site and listening to streams.
We reserve the right to cancel the membership of anyone who does not comply with these Terms.
