Description

Good things happen to people who pledge to Joe Frank’s show. Jewish short stories. (Joe uses Yiddish accent for one of the stories.) Absurd pledge rewards: “Tears of virgins, lizard loafers. Free tickets to all the events in heaven.” A volunteer enters Joe’s studio, choking. Joe promises to perform the Heimlich Maneuver as soon the $3,000 goal of donations for his show is reached. He describes her increasing state of distress. “It’s up to you to save this poor person’s life.” Urges listeners to all call in at the same time that Joe dials in with them. Much, much more.
