Product Description

The story of Ellen, the daughter of wealthy parents. Hospitalized for anorexia, she has plastic surgery, vacations in Europe and returns to date a working class football player. She becomes pregnant, elopes, and is disowned by her father. Her husband dies while protecting his retarded brother, who Ellen decides to marry. Their plans for their children go terribly awry. Ellen’s new husband’s retardation worsens. He leaves the family, and Ellen turns to drink.
